Travel insurance
Participants are required to have adequate travel insurance covering all personal and equipment related matters.
Golfing capability
To ensure participants can handle the courses and conditions it is a requirement that players must have a registered handicap no greater than 24.
The tour has a maximum capacity of 14 participants.

Payment plan
The total cost of the land only tour is AUD $6,150 / USD $4,650 per person.
A deposit of AUD $2,000 / USD $1,500 is required to secure your position on the tour.
A further AUD $2,000 / USD $1,500 is due by 30 September 2022.
The final payment of AUD $2,150 / USD $1,650 is due by 31 December 2022.
Refund policy
The deposit is fully refundable up until 30 September 2022.
Between 1 October - 31 December 2022, a cancellation fee of $500 applies, all other costs will be refunded.
Between 1 January - 31 March 2023, a cancellation fee of $1,000 applies, all other costs will be refunded.
After 1 April 2023, a cancellation fee of $3,500 applies, all other costs will be refunded.
Land only
The Tradition tour is a land only tour. All participants must make their own travel arrangements to and from the tour's start and end points.
Start: Central location in Edinburgh, Scotland, the morning of Saturday 15th July, 2023
End: Central Liverpool or Edinburgh, the morning of Monday 24th July, 2023
Golf equipment
Participants are expected to bring or hire their own golf equipment.
A jacket and a tie is required for the dining experience at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
